In order to fight poverty and malnutrition and allow poor populations to have access to a fair job, it was decided to create Avimonde Consulting,a consulting company in animal husbandry which also produces and markets inexpensive broiler chickens without antibiotics under its brand "Poule Saine". The idea arose from the fact that the large chicken-producing industries very often apply prices that are inaccessible to a large part of consumers, but also from the fact that there are antibiotic residues in their broilers which can harm long-term human health.
Avimonde Consulting helps small and medium size local ators in the sector of animal husbandry to promote, develop and maintain their business as many of them live from this breeding activity but still have no experiment neither in business management nor in animal husbandry technics. Created in July 2019 Avimonde Consulting actually has a capacity of 5000 broilers and a client portfolio of more than 20 small and medium sized local breeding farmers and is willing to first increase its market shares by developping its activites from the production of 5000 broilers to 10000 broilers, then through excellent marketing strategy access more small and medium sized local breeding farmers.
