We are working on an Idea that helps traditional Retailers of India to survive in this e-commerce evolution. When e-commerce companies have started emerging with their huge investments in form discounted and exclusive products to attract consumers, Than our retail sectors which contribute 15 percent in GDP and Employment

ratio is greatly affected by eCommerce companies. The sales figure of traditional retailers are decreasing tremendously because eCommerce companies slowly and steadily eating the market share of retail sectors. According to the reports, eCommerce companies are growing 3 times faster than retail sectors of India and by 2024 it may overtake the retail sectors which are an early warning signal for our country especially for our Indian retailers. Already in the USA, the eCommerce industry has takeover 36% market share of retail sectors which resulted in a decrease in employment and the end of so many retail stores. In India, some of the e-commerce companies like Amazon, Flipkart, big basket have started shifting from vendor-based model to inventory-based model which leaves no space for local vendors to compete with big players. We have an idea that can bring retail sectors to a neck to neck and fair competition with e-commerce companies. our idea can create an entry barrier for e-commerce companies. Through our idea, we can boost retail sectors to grow faster than e-commerce companies. If the retail sector wants to compete with e-commerce than retail sectors should work like e-commerce in the sense that the retail sector should change their traditional working strategy. Let me give a small intro of my solution we will create a B2B trading platform where every kind of goods will be listed like a normal B2b trade platform sites, But there is a small change in our idea we will post only exclusive products which means that the product which is available on our sites is only available for offline retailers and we will hold all the rights of the products which will be sold through our portal and through our exclusive rights it will be made necessary that our products can only be sold in offline market by retailers and not on any other online platforms as per our exclusive rights we will also provide credit facility in form of EMI on the products listed on our portal to encourage retailer to purchase exclusive offline goods from our portal.
