CEAD is involved in empowering youths and the community while promoting the concept of agribusiness development as a pathway out of poverty, hunger and unemployment, our priority areas of engagement include:

Distribute quality-breed piglets, compost Feed, and organic vegetable seedlings through a credit scheme, to 1000 homes in Mbengwi and Ngie District areas.

Organize workshops to train the youths, young women, small-scale farmers, school dropouts and students interested to pursue a career in agriculture, on organic vegetable and livestock production, climate-smart agriculture, leadership and agribusiness development.

Create more than 4000 direct job opportunities for unemployed youths, school dropouts and young women.

Run campaigns to raise awareness on climate change and food insecurity in our communities and the society.
