About Solution

CEAD is involved in empowering youths and the community while promoting the concept of agribusiness development as a pathway out of poverty, hunger and unemployment, our priority areas of engagement include:

  • Distribute quality-breed piglets, compost Feed, and organic vegetable seedlings through a credit scheme, to 1000 homes in Mbengwi and Ngie District areas.

  • Organize workshops to train the youths, young women, small-scale farmers, school dropouts and students interested to pursue a career in agriculture, on organic vegetable and livestock production, climate-smart agriculture, leadership and agribusiness development.

  • Create more than 4000 direct job opportunities for unemployed youths, school dropouts and young women.

  • Run campaigns to raise awareness on climate change and food insecurity in our communities and the society.
