Connecting Food is currently a platform and app connect food donors and institutions, providing complete reports of food traceability and visibility about which products are being wasted and where. In the near future, it will be build a program carried out by experts including mobilization, education for awareness and social entrepreneurship skills to well stablished NGOs, for expanding food donation into several states, through a “ambassadors program” and "social franchises" network. To complete the work, an education program will promote the nutritional and food processing awareness needed to reduce food waste in institutions.
