The process of creativity starts with innovation which when properly guided brings about individual or communal empowerment. My solution is to use my gifts in my field of my trade which is carpentry to bring about a reduction in the majorly imported furniture trends which is by a large percentage hindering the growth of local industries majorly the small and medium scale, in so doing, the plan is to source to acquire state of the are machineries and tools for creative production of all brands of furniture and also in its co-related fields. This is the first step for which the aspect of building a more reliable growth in knowledge and empowerment shoots in. People are misguided in the industrial process of doing the right thing for example, in most local furniture or carpentry shops, production sequence are not followed, timing is bad, no costumer enlightenment, bad financial management, underpaid workerd, unavailability of machines and tools etc, all of the above mentioned are major setbacks to any company which I've looked into and also drafted a blueprint on how to manage all of this and prevent them from happening. Also a major addition is skill acquisition, my solution to breaking standards is by making sure inclusive and innovative skilled are always brought to the forefront because it is on that level that new knowledge, designs and ideas are born to life. With some of this few and more incentive ideas and also a chance, the jinx of subsidizing for foreign furniture would reduce drastically whereby empowering local companies to meet up to international standards and also enable them to grow and of course give room for internal revenue generation.
