Dahrah Signature is a value adding indigenous food processing factory that is located in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. We believe that everyone should have access to chemical free, hygenic, easy to prepare, nutritious and affordable foods.
I grew up seeing children and adults, rich and poor suffer from malnutrition or the adverse effects of consuming poorly processed food products. These was and is as a result of the high rate of buying healthy and nutritious foods, not being able to access these foods or practically not having the time and energy to process these foods. I therefore saw the need to bring value to my people by bridging all these gaps and making varieties of healthy and nutritious processed foods available to people at affordable prices while also eradicating the stress associated with the preparation of these foods. Hence, the reason for the birth of D'ahrah Signature.
Our target market includes: infants, children, adults, aged, busy non executives and the busy executives
Our food products include: ? organic Beans Flour, ? organic fruit infused dry pap, ? organic Carrot flesh Potato flour and ? organic unripe plantain flour.
We process grains (yellow maize, Guinea corn), spices (ginger and cloves), fruits (banana, pineapple and coconut) into different variants of fruit infused dry pap. This allows for the consumption of balanced diet in one food product, gives a longer shelf life, makes healthy and nutritious food available to all at an affordable price and also promote the consumption of our local foods. Our dry pap can be consumed as a smoothy, made into a local morsel meal, mad with to a pap cereal and lots more. The fruits and spices make it a more enticing meal to those who do not consume the meal, hence we have drawn more consumers to having g this meal as their favorite breakfast.
We process beans into beans flour. Our beans flour is made from ? whole grain red beans. It's a healthier and easier choice for making our local dishes such as moimoi, Beans balls, vegetable frittata, beans soup and lots more.
Our carrot flesh sweet potato flour also contains about ? Vitamin A which is highly recommended for both adult and children.
Our unripe plantain flour is also suitable for the adults and aged. It's helps to control their sugar level.
