PADECO in partnership with various stake holders would like to be engaged in implementing income generating projects that are self sustainable across the country by empowering the whole community at large.These projects are expected to create jobs and improve the income security of many people throughout the country in different communities while conserving the environment.The profits generated from these businesses will be saved to expand theoperational capital and as a motivation to the members, the profits will provide an opportunity to them to have small agricultural loans for purchasing farm inputs and integrate animal husbandry and biogas production for cooking which will help to reduce green gas emission.
We will design and implement programs, as well as offer Professional Trade and Development Advisory (PTDA) to organizations and institutions that deal with environmental conservation throughout the country inpotential pathways that could help Malawi grow her economy, create jobs and contribute towards conserving the environment. Effects of climate change and global warming are a world-wide concern. PADECO seeks to partner with the government of Malawi, its development partners and the communities with participatory development initiatives that would kick-start the economy to trigger growth and create jobs outside subsistence farming while also boosting human capital so that young people can fulfill their potential.
