Training of local producers:For a socio-economic impact of the sites on their zone of implantation, 200 herdsmen will be trained on the site of the project and their production in: breeding techniques of poultry, pork and fish of fresh water; marketing and market trading strategy; management of production units, etc.
Incubation of agricultural entrepreneurs:200 breeders will be trained to implement the training received and empowered in the supervision of production units in their area for epidemic control strategies and test credit management to support the implementation of the activities of each section and also to educate breeders in the planning and management of financial resources for investment. Management tools are put in place for the expression of needs, for the planning of activities and for reporting.
Connect entrepreneurs with support structures
Set up a support / advice system for monitoring young entrepreneurs
Set up a leveraged fund (savings and loan group) for young entrepreneurs
Train entrepreneurs on the preparation of funding application files
