Our solution addresses the challenge as follows:

20 people working together on the processed or waste materials.
Also, we give room for suggestions from customers, get to know about their preferences and so on, to help us better our products and trainings.
Furthermore, we allow workers express themselves; They're not caged so as not to explore their creativeness.
