The core mission of our organization is to deliver healthy food, and contribute to agricultural innovation in Nigeria, so as to increase the standard of living for our citizens. Our solution is less than 3 years told, and makes preservative free fresh juices using local fruits. We believe healthy food should be accessible to all, and structure our supply chain so as to reduce costs, to the customer.
Our solution addresses the challenge in the following ways:
1. Every aspect of our supply chain, is structured to reduce post-harvest food loss and waste, and is aimed at a 0 Waste production cycle. We accomplish this by buying our products directly from local farmers. We create a farm to table approach for the farmer. Additionally, we accomplish our Zero Waste production, by selling the byproduct of our production (fruit peels, etc.), to local meat farmers, to use in their feedstock.
2. Delivering food to our customers from a sanitary environment is paramount to our operations. In addition to washing the raw materials thoroughly, our staff handle the products in a sanitary manner.
3. By consolidating nutritious fruits and vegetables into a form people can quickly consume, our drinks offer a convenient way to stay healthy and reduce malnutrition, by providing citizens with an affordable alternative to sugary soft drinks.
4. As we believe everyone should be able to access healthy food, we price our product below the market price for similar products among our competitors. We are able to do this because we buy direct from the farmer. We then pass that benefit on to the customers.
