Indeed, in Nigeria, lack of adherence to basic hygiene practices in the food production chain leads to a spiral of disease transmission. Meat being a regular and staple product is no exception. Hence our aim is simple, to establish a standard abattoir that meats basic hygiene conditions in conformity with organic and sustainable ways if processing meat to reduce impact on the environment. Such as working with our animal suppliers to use natural antibiotics like garlic and onions, regrow grasses themselves that is used for feeding these animals to maintain the bush resources and keep a healthy ecosystem.
