Small Grain Millets grow and mature well with little rainfall and because of the prevailing drought in Sub-Saharan Africa, they will thrive better than the traditional maize normally grown for consumption.
We have created a millet porridge that is mixed with dried potato peels and soya beans and flavoured with dried fruit. This low cost high nutrient meal is the answer to starvation and malnutrition especially amongst children between 0 to 5 years of age.
