Redirecting the strength of young men and women in the rural areas that once missed their proper areas of strength and values into becoming useful in the production of food and other services in the agriculture filed thereby increasing access to new supply chains and creating markets among farmers in the rural communities in order to create better livelihoods for themselves and the society.
