When human negative actions towards the green life are curbed through the internalization processes, there is likely to be a perfect climate for our current and future generations as people will totally be reasonable as not to fall into the hands of the agencies charged with the mandate to allow them pay or internalize their negative activities.
When individuals/firms understand that they can no longer be allowed to go free as a result of their negative activities on the Green Life (Natural Environment), they will be willing to reduce if not eliminate their negative Green Life activities. This for sure will go a long way to improve the global climate condition allowing for a greener global environment and sustainable health condition as well as a better state of green life resources.
Developing countries which are emerging polluters of the green environment must be made to understand the rate of negative impact their economic activities can causes to the natural life and must be made aware of the penalties for their actions if not curbed. These will go a long way to ensuring that every one has a healthy life as a green environment will ensure that.
Since internalization will take the hard line of punishment, there should be incentives to adherers, these incentives will serve as a drive to almost all nation to pursue a green economy leaving space to only but a few externalities which in turn will still be internalized.
Also, because the past negative effect is already being felt presently, there must be effort to organize effective clean up to the affected parts for example the Orgoni Clean up program being organized in Rivers state, Nigeria as a result of huge damages caused by oil spillage to the Green Life environment of that region. When this is done there will be sustainable development as the natural activities which are positive to that region can begin and become more effectively to the entire global world.
Finally, rich and most advanced nations which pollutes mostly must be made to pay more for the negative contributions to the environment over the years. And then the fund channeled to the improvement of both green and natural reserve in the world.
Only by these few solution can we have a better global climate which will be sustainable and beneficiary to both the current and our future generations.
