We coordinate the farmers in Oke-Ogun as Outgrower farmers in Oke-Ogun ( contract farmers) for plantation of jatropha. Presently, we are in partnership with Asteven Solar Group to marketing/distributing the Solar Energy System across Oke-Ogun and beyond. We create the awareness impacts of Solar Energy in our rural environment. Oke-Ogun comprised of 10 local government in Oyo state. We recognized to contributing to the well-being of our people's in Nigeria, particularly in the world, in the areas of encouraging farmers for plantation of jatropha for the production of biodiesel, biofuel, others value chain, creating employment, eradicating poverty, and to liberate us from bad environment. Impacts of Jatropha Plantation Over Climate Change: To fight climate change and to decrease the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, jatropha can be the right solution. Biodiesel produced from jatropha oil has a potential affect on reducing carbon dioxide emission and fighting against the global climate change. Jatropha tree's absorb the black carbon on the atmosphere. In fact, the airline industries is fascinated by using the jatropha based Jet A1 fuel to develop their carbon track. Jatropha will not only help to fight climate change, but also reduce the effect of greenhouse gas emission, energy security, create employment opportunity for farmers, skill engineers, combating of erosion, new export commodity, desertification, reducing the fossil diesel and increase the income of a family. Climate Mitigation, Carbon Market and Emission Reduction and the Role of Jatropha: It is an opportunity for institutions in the developing countries like Nigeria to tap into the emerging market of carbon trade for economic benefits and additional values for the farmers and lives of peoples. Organizations like international Air Transport Association and international Civil Aviation Organization are working assiduously to set target for carbon emission reduction through blending of aviation fuel by bio
kerosene Jet A1 jatropha kerosene otherwise known as Synthetic Parafinic Kerosene.
