Nationally we now my country has a great problem on lack of job to solve this problem we should train our youth with different Agricultural activities based on Market oriented product, based of the training we got the following values,
These are:-
1. we decrease job problem
2. increase production by implementation different Agricultural actvities based on the market gap using small scale plot of land
3. we increase the skill of the land in order to create their own jobs
4. we make the skill to expand without any additional cost
5. the training should solve the challenge of Agricultural sector that is on protection crops, fruit production, seedling production
6. decrease the challenge of the Government job less problem by creating job
7. we expect by doing this actvities we will solve to the minimum of 3 million youths in Ethiopia
