many children are currently suffering the biggest number of malnutrition in many countries around the world. and we can't solve by taking every one food and can't maintain it. the sustainability inovative idea is people, try to add together their local nutritious food and create it one, so that they can give the vulnerable ones and the ones that are affected by malnutrition. Mushali, is a new somali food that contain local foods that are enrich with fats, carbs, protein, vitamins, fibres and minerals and grinded or plow together and prepared as a powder. we as doctors prescribe all people and currently people are preparing for every one who is at risk. its a growing food among somali community and we want to share the rest of the world particularly africa. Mushali can be everything, its just a model, it can contain only two, or 4 or any nutritious food locally available at any where. so it can be adopted at any where.
We created a group from different african countries, Somaliland, Somalia, Benin, Sudan, SouthAfrica, Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Cameron, and Mauritius. We all have met in Addis-ababa in a youth conference called Model African Union 2019. We all liked to tackle one of the common big challenges in the continent and work on it. we all chosen to contribute End Poverty, SDGoal 1, End Malnutrition Through Introducing the Model of Mushali to all African Countries, and people can make their nutritious food in their domestic cities, where there are no big companies. they can fight back malnutrition through using the little they have as a more nutritious way.
We have created the team, and have did some awareness in local languages, and call for all people to create Mushali in their homes, and they fight with malnutrition which is a father for many diseases. we want to reach more, and participate this competition by sharing the rest of the world, the only best way to end this in a nation wide, is to create a more sustainable capacity building for people in their cities and towns. Mushali is the Model, and The Solution.
We want to take this down to the grass roots of the communities, and let the youth take the message.
