The National Underfive Nutrition Data Management System (NUNDMS) comprises Nutrition Assessment Data Interpretor NADI android application and District State Underfive Nutrition Database Integration System (DUNDIS SUNDIS/ web application.
The NADI android application has been designed to be at health centers and hospitals and aids in monthly Growth Monitoring and Promotion GMP, underfive anthropometric nutrition assessment data collection, Interpretation, feedback guidelines to the child caregivers based on child nutrition status, data processing including automated height and weight graphs plotting vaccinations deworming vitamins and minerals records and medical screening of most common lethal diseases of underfive children under one.chiox profile and upload to the DUNDIS/SUNDIS web application at district hospital level.
The DUNDIS/SUNDIS has been designed to be at district y to do following tasks, receive all uploads from NADI android application from within health center and its own uploads, further integrated processing of underfive nutrition and health data into end user information format displays and uploading to the national database.
The project is in line with Sustainable and Health Foods For All through anthropometric nutrition assessment and feedback guidelines helping the guardian which god's to feed the children for optimal nutrition status.
