My solution address the challenges in the following ways:
Paper recycling reduces paper wastes in the environment. In case we collect these wastes, the environment remains clean, there fore the greenhouse gases tend to reduce.
Our solution also, conserve natural resources.Due to the recycling of used papers, the trees are no longer being cut, hence the resources tend to increase as well.When the trees are not cut ,the rain fall tend to be attracted easily, so this means that paper recycling reduce the effects of global warming and green house gases.
My solution also addressed the challenge of shortage of jobs to the youth and women. Nowadays ,most of youth are in jobless situation and even women.My company tried to provide jobs to them so as to cater for this problem.
All in all, my solution (paper recycling)addressed the challenge(s) n various ways such as : minimization of global warming rate that was caused by carbon dioxide that were released in the atmosphere from paper waste before my innovation initiated ,conservation of available natural resources,etc.
