Rubber Tracks Recycling

About Solution

End-of-Life Rubber Tracks containing metal cleats and steel cables is a product hard to recycle in practice. Normally these products end up on a dumpsite and ruin the climate. Treatment of these products enables OEM's to offer 'Tracks as a Service' to their clients without setting up their own rubber recycling plant.

The technology of ultra high-pressure water jetting has the opportunity to segregate the metals from the rubber. The rubber will be upgraded in such a way the rubber reclaim (PAR) can be used in new manufactured tracks or other rubber products. With this process, a disruptive solution will generate the opportunity to use less rubber from nature and offers the OEM and its clients a sustainable circular relationship.

With the same technology, other complex rubber products like aircraft tyres, oil and dredging hoses, big tyres (up to 4 meters) can be recycled. Finally, a solution is there for a worldwide issue. Dumping of these end-of-life products can be avoided which contributes to less pollution in the world. A Zero Waste to Landfill solution.
