One of the factors of production is land, land is in so much abundance in the rural area but social amenities are very low . Every industry need raw material and this majorly is agro based . It will be so much cheaper to start a production site in the rural areas and the finished product can be sold which will create inflow of people in and out of the rural area . This will create a large inflow of cash into the rural community and the attention of constructing good roads and other social amenities by the government will be fast because government will also get their tax and other forms of revenue from the trade . It will be a kind of connection between the rural and the urban areas
