We propose the use of a swarm of heterogeneous Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) for surveillance of cities against burning and forest fire lookouts. The UAVs are responsible for alerting government agents of any burning or illegal trees cutting and forest fire occurrence. The swarm are intelligent enough to report a fire at its early stage and alarm the people within the vicinity for them to run. They are also responsible for transporting recycle material in inaccessible rural areas in order to save more natural resources. They will transport these products to companies for recycling process.
