We are going to recruit the youth and engage them through research where they shall identify the challenges that are in their communities, equip them with the skills to solve these problem, we are going to teach the youth entrepreneurship skills, investment skills, developmental skills and employment skills. These will build a modern youth to solve challenges thus improving their financial status therefore eradicating poverty.
Primarily, we are going to engage university students to carry out research that is affecting the societies in which they live and we shall recruit the youth in these societies, train them life skills that will help them engage in trade. In simple terms we shall give them financial literacy which will change their perception towards trade and we shall help them get started by setting up development projects like poultry, piggery, farming, catering projects, financial institutions and others that will give opportunity these youth to have a platform to engage themselves after which we shall open them to global trade to show them the market for all they have produced using information technology.
We shall also help those that have failed to acquire education acquire it through giving them career guidance and also providing them with education loans that will be in position to help them acquire education while we engage them in skill development especially during the holidays and for those that are not studying we shall train them vocational skills that will help them cope up with the developing world and also benefit in the global trade through creating awareness and also helping them in selling and buying services because they will be financially independent.
Globally, we shall build affiliation network system that will help to recruit the youth who shall come to earn money through referrals and thus engaging them in learning that shall teach them with developmental skills and also showing them the advantages of inclusive trade. This system shall not only grant opportunities to the youth to engage in affiliation marketing but also it shall help them to learn different developmental skills.
I have talked to the students at the university to prepare for research whereby after this process of research we shall go ahead and solicit solution for the problems found as we build also the system to recruit the global network.
