It also introduces some innovative approach which is as follows:
(i) Slaughtering with machinery for protection against dirt's and flies.
(ii) Leaving the skin to reduce the level of cholesterol in beef.
(iii) Backed in Nylon in a Serene and hygienic environment.
(iv) Distribute in homes and offices for consumer convenience.
(v) Preservation of tomatoes and pepper.
Presently, our market is based on primary and secondary schools in District one and District six in Lagos State, Nigeria. General hospital and health centres staff appreciate our products. We supply meat alongside with fresh ? tomatoes, pepper and onions to ease our customers. Our team is extraordinary ranging from our relationship with palliar international limited where we slaughter the ? cow with machinery. Our team has also attended a two years seminar in IFDC(international fertilizer development center Abuja) on prevention of post harvest loss in ? tomatoes.
Unfortunately, we have some setbacks in achieving our goals which is as follows:
(i) Scarcity of course cows in dry season.
(ii) Time factor in the Slaughtering factory.
(iii) Inadequate equipments (deep freezer, generator).
(iv) Unavailability of refrigerated vans for delivery.
(v) Inadequate raw materials to meat up demand.
But if we are able to overcome these challenges, the expansion and sustainability of our company is guaranteed.
