My solution address the challenge because when food is preserved, there is a reduction of wastage. When there is less waste people will have more to eat and sell thus reducing poverty. And since its solar powered, the process is sustainable as there will be contact power and no harmful effects on the atmosphere. and also helping farmers in local communities makes better profit, no worries of farm produce getting spoilt and also produce are hygienically process, hunger is also reduce because production can now be in large scale because of the machine.
