We have identified eco friendly solutions for waste in different categories that are currently not being processed on a large scale,especially in Tamil Nadu. Finding individuals to work with waste processing or upcycling has also been an issue. For this we have tied up with an ngo and we will be imparting skills for free and also employing these women from under served communities to be permanent/part time employees.
