We engage the vulnerable members of the society especially women and the youth in groups.
We then offer them entrepreneurship skills covered in the following modules;
1. Group formation and management
2. Savings and resource mobilization
3. Business Development
4. Financial management
5. Credit access and management
6. Market linkages and value addition
After the training, the group identifies a common group project under our guidance which they will engage in as an income generating activity.
As a group, they produce and market together because as a group, the production will increase and thus they will have more negotiation power which will result in better prizes for their products hence improved livelihoods for their families, better health care and enhanced education for their children.
On the other side, in case of a farming venture, the group will be able to buy inputs at a lower cost due to bulk buying thus saving resources.
