Children in my region
South West region in Nigeria have basically been going through sickness such as anemia, diarrhea and a host of other diseases due to insufficient nutrients in their diets, especially micro nutrients as iron and zinc.

About 19.4% of our children in the region are stunted to accute malnutrition.

Having noticed Manihot esculenta (cassava) as the staple food in the region, my enterprise took the chance to stand in gap for the innocent lads and the region as a whole by getting improved stems from agric institutes within the country (Nigeria) and producing cassava roots with vitamin A, processing and supplying within the region. Our current cassava farm is being treated with specific botanicals to improve the iron and zinc defficiency in the roots. When this is accomplished in some months time and certified by the concerned bodies, it will greatly improve the nutrition of the children and that of the pregnant women.

Supplying these products (high quality cassava flour {HQCF}, garri, odorless fufu, lafun, lebu, etc) beyond the borders of the South West Nigeria is one of the milestones we aim to accomplish in few years time as cassava remains the staple food in not just the South West Nigeria but is in the Sub-Saharan African countries and other parts of the world at large.
