The Sold Out Warehouse

About Solution

People, especially Women and the youth in Botswana and the rest of Southern African struggle with basic resources that enable and support their entrepreneurship Drives and initiatives. The Sold Out Warehouse is an ecospace concept that is designed to provide to the above demographic facilities and access to resources to work from their briefcases and meet all tender submissions they need to make.

The Sold Out Warehouse will provide access to computers, internet and subsidised printing and stationery resources on site.

With controlled access, Youth and Women will be able to book the facility at anytime of the day and week to access the resource. The Warehouse will provide the following:

1. Access to computers: the above demographic struggles to meet as well as submit well typed and documented tenders, something which limits readability as well as present-ability of their work to potential clients. The idea is to procure computers that can provide a good spec for a Microsoft Office package sufficient for typing and good internet access.

2. Access to Subsidised Printing resources: Printing is one of the most expensive resources any tenderer has to come across towards hard copy submission of tenders which is still very much popular in Botswana. some tender submissions require up to 500 pages on up to 6 ans sometimes 10 copies.

3. Subsides Stationery: the warehouse will have a stationery supplies corner which will provide sufficient convenient stationery at subsidised rates for patrons at the Warehouse.

4, Finally the Warehouse will provide bookable meeting room spaces that the above demographic may use for meetings and trainings.

As additional support, the warehouse will provide for freelance typists to be used om per hour pay by patrons ad well as some basic computer awareness training.
