Tshally Vegetables Flour is made up of cabbages,corn and Oat.Africans depends 70% on swallow foods to meet their daily needs.These swallow foods are low in fiber and proteins thereby not allowing them to meet up with their daily required nutrients intake.These foods most time are precursor to obesity and some ailments like heart diseases and diabetes.There is also a case of high wastage of Cabbages in the rural areas because of the inability of the farmers to preserve them.These also cause loses to the farmers .

Our product which is Tshally Vegetable flour uses a combination of Cabbages (which is in greater percentages),Corn and Oat to mill a fine blend of flour which are been consumed by urban and rural populace.The Tshally Vegetable flour can be used as a swallow foods in place of their usual Amala,Garri,Akpu,Ewedu,Semolina and many more swallow foods in Nigeria.

The product is high in protein and fibre.It is heart friendly and a big boost to good cholesterol.The product is far more healthy as it can be enjoyed by both pre-diabetic,diabetic and health conscious people.The good thing is because Cabbage is farmed in abundance in Africa,the product is far more affordable when compared with other swallow foods.

Tshally Vegetable Flour is sustainable because the raw materials are found in abundance down here.It will also creates lots of employment which will sustain Cabbage farmers,workers in the company and everyone that is involved in the production of this flour.

Tshally Vegetable Flour is a new innovation which we have researched very well and found that it will provide healthy foods to the urban and rural areas,It will reduces wastage and it is very sustainable.

The product is still at Testing/Pilot phase as we have not fully rolled out the product.
