TThe challenge we intent to address is environmental degradation that leads to climate change and poverty. To achieve this we want to create a waste recycling industrial park where different recycling company will reside. From waste generated they will product market tested products that can be sold locally and internationally. This is also a means to create wealth for the poor by encouraging them to recycle. The idea is to create a network marketing system where we recruit low income earnerespecially the poor. They will be provided with recycling bins; one for plastic bottle, one for cans, one for paper and so on. We will collect the recycle materials weekly and they will be paid say $3 for each full recycle bin. Assuming they have four recycle bin to fill they will get $12. As in network marketing system, they will be required to introduce people to the recycling system and as each person they introduce recycles, they will get commission of say $1. So if one person we recruit also recruits a team of 10 people, he will earn $10. Therefore the more people he recruits the more money he will make. Of course we will create an online database of down lines just like in any network marketing business. With this system, a recruit can make up to $22 a week and we can keep track of progress being made effectively. This can definitely motivate an individual to not only recycle his or her own waste but also go out to source for waste anywhere. We can use the same kind of vehicle WeCycle use for collecting waste. This is the first phase which will enable us get more than enough supply of waste already sorted out for recycling.
