Climate change brings about what may be considered as adverse effects on different places . While in some parts it may result in flooding with its attendant damages and disruptions of social and economic life,in other places it may result in extreme scarcity of water which in some cases leads to famine and draught.
If mankind is organized in such a way that the too much water in the flooded parts are gradually and systematically moved to the areas suffering from extreme scarcity of water, it would automatically result in a win win situation as the areas suffering from too much water would have the water reduced to comfortable level while the areas suffering from too much scarcity of water would have their water availabilty increased to comfortable levels.
