Ooka empowers communities by alleviating poverty & creating jobs, producing 80% of their food & selling their excess. Our concept aims to provide some relief, usher in an eco-friendly concept that aims to empower dwellers and local indigenes, providing them with affordable shelter, healthy food, cleaner environment and means of generating income within the project. Our concept is aimed at providing quality and affordable housing for communities using a circular economy model that has been tried and tested. Waste within the community is treated as a resource, which is converted to energy, Within the solution we integrate our Ooka Polyculture Agricultural Domes, using the energy generated to power the polyculture system, producing food at affordable prices for the populace.
