Processing and packing a mixture of local raw materials-unripe plantain, millet, soya beans, dawa, Bambara and wheat into flour. This is prepared with hot water and eaten with any soup like Semolina. It is a low calorie food rich in protein, calcium, folic acid and other essential vitamins and minerals. It is good for everybody, but highly recommended for diabetics, the obesse, the elderly, pregnant and nursing mother's and children.
