Per province of my country, through local government unit review and study, wll select one Poorest barangay per region to be awarded by UBI(universal basic income) Philippine Peso of 30,000 monthly for 50 family atleast. The gerenation of funds will be coming from regional income and will be closely monitored by special agency/group by the government in a quarterly basis.for transparency . Create a study to improve future expansions of the Bayanihan UBI program. Its selection process and application process will vary set my the local government unit.
