About Solution

Our solution aim at addressing climate change by putting an end to garbage dumps, improve public health, create employment and improve the environment, through the recycling of garbage which is the best way to take care of public health, promote social and economic inclusion of millions of people and contribute to the preservation of the environment. As a result of implementing this solution, there will be no generation of waste, existing waste will be reduced, reused, recycled (changing category of waste to products), treatment of solid waste, and environmental correct disposal of waste.

Thermoplastic composite products aimed at changing the usual recycling process, incorporating innovative techniques, enabling significant improvement in recycling, treatment of solid waste and final disposal of waste, adapting to the environmental, social and economic needs of our communities.

Cline’s solution inverse process to conventional waste segregation, uses recycled polymers such as Polyethylene (PELD-PEHD) (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS), Acrylonitrile Butadiene styrene (ABS), Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), adding them to other types of waste such as cardboard, sawdust in general, MDF powder, tine powder, Styrofoam, Polyurethane (PU) and EVA. By mixing them, generate a compound which in a hydraulic press or extruder will transform waste into different types of products with added value and utility for our communities.

For us at Cline, the transformation happens in the way that the waste that would have been taken to landfills or storage depots, now will be seen as useful products of quality at low cost, which is aligned with the concept of sustainability.

After processing the waste, its products will be reverted to industries that transform their waste into products such as; sheds, boards, benches, flower boxes, furniture, agribusiness equipment such as sheds, animal chutes, fences, roofing etc. So that while it give back to our society, it also makes our environment cleaner.
