I approach the problem from a current point of view, I think it is necessary to include technology so that people can develop an effective network of seed and food exchange. in this network will be published the goods willing to exchange for others as well as services. the idea is to generate micro communities or local micro businesses that can grow between all generating an increase in their dependence.
