DIGITRACY
DIGITRACY represents an online/offline revolutionary program whose goal is to increase digital literacy and reduce the digital divide in all communities as it is all inclusive. The program will be carried by digital skills evangelists whose sole aim is to teach about digital skills to the remotest areas.This program already has created curriculums ranging from teaching people how to use computers to coding.We believe there people who have not seen or touched computers so we inculcate this to the learning process .Digitracy aims to increase the quality and volume of industry-led digital training opportunities for young people who reside in Uganda in its initial stages before being scaled to other parts of Africa. It is intended to meet the growing demand for digital, technology and creative skills in Uganda and globally with diverse, ‘homegrown’ talent. Digitracy will be an online educational platform that connects stakeholders in Uganda.Its offline module will be carried out by the digital skills evangelists.
