About Solution

Our company “TECHALDO” RMA has developed the ENERGOMODULE for the conversion of kinetic wind energy into electrical energy due to the airflow that prevails at height. Therefore, the ENERGOMODULE is mounted on the tower with a height of 120 meters or more.

The test of the ENERGOMODULE operating model showed the best results of aerodynamic characteristics compared to estimations. The test results can be summarized by the following conclusion: Wind turbines tend to generate three-dimensional unsteady aerodynamic phenomena that are difficult for both understanding and aerodynamic calculations.

The advantages of the wind generator developed by the company compared with widely used wind turbines (see Fig. 1.) are the following:

1. The plant ENERGOMODULE (see Fig. 2) generates electricity noiselessly.

2. It does not adversely affect animals and other living beings, including humans. It is safe for birds, because the inlet windows of air corridors are covered with a wire mesh.

3. Therefore, the ENERGOMODULE is designed for use both within the boundaries of a settlement and beyond.

4. The energy output is 0.5
1 MWh at the wind speed of 3 to 8 m/s.

5. The size and weight of the wind turbines that we have developed are ten times smaller in size and lighter in weight compared to analogues of the famous wind turbines.

6. Работа ЭНЕРГОМОДУЛЯ безопасна. Обеспечивается постоянный многоканальный мониторинг вибраций ветровых турбин и опорных конструкций и оснований модулей. Виброанализаторы автоматически контролируют техническое состояние турбин. При обнаружении аномальной вибрации выдается предупреждающий сигнал. Прогноз также сделан на длительный период работы турбин и остаточный срок службы оборудования.

7. Для надежной работы систем плановое техническое обслуживание проводится один раз в 10 лет.

The ENERGOMODULE developed by us can be used in the variety of fields. For example, to supply electricity to residential areas, to provide water from artesian wells by pumping water during a period of excess energy to the tank towers in order to ensure continuous water supply to residential areas, for energizing other important economic facilities.
