We design a program that focus to increase opportunity for SME to access acceleration or incubation activities and to grow the business with digital strategy through e-commerce platform. Based on our experience in running acceleration programs, one of the problems we encountered is the gap between funding parties and enterprises’ eligibility. Some of business are struggling to present the financial health with proper numbers or to comply the regulations. On the other side, some of enterprise leaders are lack of knowledge to maximize marketing strategy and sales channel that affect to their business growth aggressiveness.
