Dear Management,
In the attached document I have explained in detail about the issues and problems with Police use of force in Pakistan . I have explained the basic reasons and their solutions for best policing practices in Pakistan which ultimately may lead to the safeguarding of IHL/IHRL issues in Pakistan. After the recent FATA reforms in KP and Policing there, for which donors have poured a huge amount of money but if that amount is spent after applying the mentioned solutions ,I hope it will hit the targets.
