How it works:
This can be done by encouraging rural farmers to form small working gruops of about 10-15 farmers
Then these small groups can be assigned leaders and also urged to collect small initial funds that will be used to run the starting programs.
Within these people land can be got where all the group activities can be done.
They can select any farming activity they would wish to start with collectively as a group such as growing cereals on large scale like maize.
In the same way,other gruops can also start the other projects jointly as a group.
Benefits:
Collective working results into maximum production,and also some food can be sold in exchange for money.
