I’m YADIR Abdelhakim a young social entrepreneur, graduated from a business School, today I’m a Human Resources Development Manager in international French Company, I really like to take a part of the competition, I’m from Morocco, and I would like to bring something new to arab youths by sharing my experiences and the idea of my project "Jardins d'insertion", my project aims to integrate Former prisoner by gardening. By accepting my participation, you will give me the chance to exchange my experience with the other participants and share ideas, meet colleagues from all over the world, and why not work together for future collaboration. Take part in this Project is dream I have been working for so hard for so many years.
I believe that Mohamed Bin Rashid Initiative for Global Prosperity is one of the most committed initiatives in the World. I think that it can provide youths with the knowledge they will need to be very good Actors in their communities, in order to enhance their knowledge; strength their understanding of Christian missions in terms of the social and cultural evolutions. In addition, the multicultural environment these programs have is a very important advantage that Interests me particularly as a Volunteer in many international institute.
Rather I have a career in Human resources management. I like the contact with individuals and I am quit friendly and sociable. I enjoy being in the service of people and defend their interest. Moreover, because people who pursue their passion always succeed, I think I will do very good in this field and will even excel.
