KANAN is a specialized flour formula for animals. To produce it, we use subproducts of other industries and unwanted species in certain areas. Our first product is made out of frog leftovers and Sargassum, a problematic specie in Quintana Roo, Mexico. This formula will be the first line commercialized for frogs. We also are formulating one for fish. This will allow consumers to have a better quality of food with a natural source of nutrients.
Our team is conformed by 4 biotechnologist, focused on Bioprocess, molecular biology, quality control and businesses. We are very concerned on the climate changes and we believe is really important to apply the circular economy, applying technology.
We are patenting our process and our formula. We have a business model and are finishing the tests for the prototype in Tilapia.
