When there is provision for an educating means of training and learning for the displaced people in a scholarship mode that includes empowerment after programme and which does not typically based in reading and writing form due to majority of the victims that are mentally disorganized and already struggling or suffering from depression due to the unexpected scene which lead to their shock experienced from the past. Therefore, I would suggest that this educating means could be in the form of institutions for creativity and talent discovery.
I believe through this system, the displaced people will learn with ease in a practicable way that would not only enable them to happily contribute to the development of the society in a later time but also bring about peace and justice with hope of a better future upon their aids.
With this, as time goes on, we wouldn't be surprise seeing once displaced people liberating the minds of the displaced society and bringing peace and happiness back to life.
