By involving the masses of people in the governance process from all stratas of society shared responsibility for decisions and government policies is engendered and this translates to seamless governence and sustainable peace which prevents conflicts.
Conflicts are springing up in many parts of the world with the resultant displacement of people.Most of the conflicts are in reality caused y a handfull of people taking decisions on ehalf of others.The paradox is that the people who are usually affected by the conflicts in many cases play no part in causing the conflicts.
