Gudie leisure farm has the desire of organizing a profitable white meat value chain. Gudie Leisure Farm will recruit and train 100 youth groups of at least 20 members to produce the different white meat in a synchronize way. Each group will start by producing 100kg of white meat per harvest season to producing 1000kg at minimum in 12 month. The farm will further recruit 20 youth to process the white meat into various products including minced meat, sausages, burgers, fillets, polony, beacon, ham and the like. To facilitate marketing, the project will 1) supervise 80 Youth Agriprenuer Vendors that will be trained in adding value to products making them ready to eat stationed in different towns and branded to promote them, 2) Establish a white meat feast weekend where the middle class will access white meat prepared to their taste in a fun environment and 3) train 100 Youth Agriprenuer Suppliers to deliver to homes and Youth agriprenuer Vendors. The project will ensure a closed white meat value chain that guarantees a predictable, planned and profitable market for all actors in the value chain.
