Before we can truly live well we must first ensure that our roots, our health, is strong and stays strong and supported no matter what we may face in our environment. Statistics show that the average person does not always have the best quality of food or water supplies so we must find other ways to sustain our health in order to prevent sickness and chronic health issues. If we provide our bodies with the proper nutrients and the tools it needs to maintain optimum health it affects every single facet of our lives and ultimately the society around us. We become less of a burden on our health care facilities and become more self-sustaining where our own health and wellness is concerned...we evolve into more affective/strong human beings. If there was ever a goal of any society it is definitely this.
