Zimbabwe and Africa at large face many challenges. The financial systems are underdeveloped and global financial systems are inaccessible to the vast majority. Unemployment is an all time high in Africa and in Zimbabwe in particular (~90%). The underdeveloped and exclusive financial systems are preventing the ability to save and have access to loans for the general populace.
We as Prime Focus have been working on ways to solve the problem of financial inclusion. Our company has been teaching youths in Zimbabwe to do Forex and binary options trading for 2 years solving the problem of unemployment and proper income generation. We also partnered with one of the largested binary options broker in world Binary.com to allow easy deposits and withdrawals for Africans and Zimbabweans at large since majority of the platforms used are not compatible for Africans which is making it difficult for Africans and Zimbabweans at large to finance their trading accounts.Binary.com have more than 3900 active users in Zimbabwe only who are facing challenges of liquidating their trading accounts. We have built a dedicated and passionate engineering team who have developed Purse. Purse is an ewallet that bridges the financial accessibility gap between European brokerages and the ordinary African. We have successfully processed transactions for 50 of the more than 3900 active Binary.com users in Zimbabwe in less than a week and we still going strong. Our ewallet offers services that are not offered to the poor and small enterprises by large financial institutions like smart savings and micro loans we offer on our platform. We have gone on to conceptualise and develop a web based payroll system targeted for SMEs in Africa. Our mission is to equip ordinary people with financial tools that were only privy for the elite.
