My solution is healthy food consumption and sustainability of healthy living. Vegetable and natural herbs contains essential vitamins that are needed for healthy growth in children and adult. Some of these vegetable lose valuable after harvest due to poor preservative means. Hence the vegetables are sold at higher prices which makes it difficult for small income earners to buy. My solution aids increased shelf life of these vegetables to 6 months without preservatives and no electrical consumption to aid preservation. This is done by purchasing these harvested vegetables from small holder farmers, use new technology machines to dry them. This method retains essential vitamin and natural flavour of vegetable and herbs. this makes the product available at stable prices all year round.
